The School of Public Health at is committed to advancing population health through high-quality education, research, and community engagement. The School prepares skilled public health professionals who can address current and emerging health challenges at local, national, and regional levels.
The School emphasizes disease prevention, health promotion, health systems strengthening, and evidence-based decision making. Its programs integrate theoretical foundations with practical field-based learning, enabling graduates to design, implement, and evaluate public health interventions that improve community well-being and health outcomes.
Through interdisciplinary training in epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, health policy, nutrition, and health services management, students develop strong analytical, leadership, and research skills. The School also promotes ethical practice, community participation, and culturally responsive public health strategies suitable for diverse populations.
The School of Public Health collaborates with healthcare institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and international partners to provide students with practical exposure and professional networking opportunities. Graduates are prepared to work in public health departments, hospitals, humanitarian organizations, development agencies, research institutions, and health policy organizations.
